Refund and Shipping Policy

The utmost care is taken to package product/s securely for transportation. Should the product or any part of the packaging be defective in anyway, https://dulcien.com must be informed by email within 7 days of the dispatch date.
Our products are medical and therefore they are not returnable. But a full refund will be issued if you change your mind before they are dispatched. Please understand why we are doing this.
Delivery costs/courier costs/transport costs are non-refundable for unwanted product/s since we would have triggered collection by the courier.

SHIPPING

Our products are supplied and shipped within the borders of South Africa only.
We require a physical street address or a PUDO locker address to deliver your order. (If it is a PUDO locker order, please add the locker number to the purchase note during checkout.)
The lead time for delivery is 1- 2 working days to the main centres. Should your delivery address be situated in an out-lying area, we will notify you of the extended lead time.
Delivery costs to main centres/cities within South Africa are free of charge. If your delivery address is situated in an outlying area, we will notify you of the additional transport cost.
We will notify you when your order is dispatched and provide you with the relevant tracking information.

Please keep your products in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children, and do not ingest. Use as directed.
